A veggie lover, you say? Or thinking about becoming one? Perfect — we absolutely love vegetables!
We’re Alicia and Celina Gram, sisters from Belgium, and in the kitchen we’re pretty resourceful. In this book, we share our way of cooking: fairly simple, varied, and creative, making the most of whatever we have on hand. And in the starring role: vegetables! Well… 16 vegetables, to be exact.
First, we walk you through the basics — how to cut, season, substitute, and pair ingredients to build a beautiful, well-balanced plate. We also share practical tools: clever leftover tips, ways to fine-tune your dishes, and, every time, a whole range of ideas to reinvent them. Altogether, that’s nearly 180 ways to prepare your vegetables — quick and easy.
So come on in — there’s something for everyone!
